1st Circular for HET CAMP

Dear HET CAMP participants,
We announce our 1st circular for the International Workshop on “Theoretical Particle Physics 2023”. Date: 26-27 September 2023

1) Schedule (Tentative)

We will have total 8 talks sessions on 9/26, 27 with coffee breaks and lunch breaks between the sessions. There will be a party on the first day.
9/26 (Tues) 4 Talk Sessions 9:50 – 17:20 (with coffee breaks, lunch break)

Party(Nambu Hall) 17:30-19:00
9/27 (Wed) 4 Talk Sessions 10:00-18:30 (with coffee breaks, lunch break) Details will be found on the homepage soon at

2) Presentation time: HET Members: 15 (talk) + 5 (Q&A) min ( Note that this possibly change )

Please post your presentation material (PDF file) to the google Drive at

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0AKJYR02cuPtWUk9PVA

well before your talk session. The name of the material should be your name (e.g., YoichiroNambu.pdf). The talks files will be copied to a common PC. The speakers use the common PC for presentation in order to save time and to avoid any trouble of connection.
4) Deadline for talk titles: September 15th (Friday)

In order to save the effort, without asking your favorite slot for your talk, we have decided the ordering of the talk temporarily, based on your schedule of attendance. If you have a problem with your given slot, please let us know.
5) Contributions to Coffee break and Party
We would like to ask all the participants to contribute the following amount of money to prepare coffee (tea) and snacks during the coffee break, and food and drinks for the party. Students: 1,500 yen, Postdocs: 3,000 yen

Assistant Profs.: 5,000 yen, Associate Profs.:6,000 yen, Profs.: 7,000 yen Please bring your contribution to Asano-san by September 22 (Friday).
